We added a new control path to the IPs for every Type-A system for the goal of achieving 2 hour lock of the X green laser to the arm cavity.
As a consequence, we now have an extra control filter right before the IP error points, see the attached screenshot.
[Some notes]
- The LSC signal at first arrives at the ISCINF filter whose medm screen is available in the payload screen.
- The ISCINF then is connected to the LOCK filter in each stage including the TM, IM, MN and IPs
- When one uses the tidal feedback, he or she should make sure that the TM, IM and MN LOCK filters are switched off to avoid unnecessary excitation.
- We have edited the master simulink models. This means that this edition affects all four Type-A suspensions.
- As of today, the change is reflected to ETMX only. Therefore the tidal feedback is able in ETMX only at the moment.
