The attached is tthe trends of the ETMX IP/BF-LVDT/GAS. For the time being, no problem was found. (we compenstaed the pumping-down drift by the STMs by a few times.)
The figure includes the start time and this finishes at the time when the pressure is ~ 0.2 atm.

-- Somehow BF-GAS height was shanged by more thn 2mm This is to be traced and to be compensated.
-- Even though the IP was kept at the position when the pumping down was stared, the QPD lost the light, due to the BF-LVDT drift in Yaw. The BF-LVDT positions will be tuned.
-- More detailed imformation will be summarized tomorrow.
