Initial Alignment: New Record! 3h59min!

[Nakano, Nagano, Enomoto]

After the work around PR2, I found that the periscope for POP table was rotated by so huge amount that the green beam did not even enter the chamber.
See the pictures. WTFangryangryangry
These pictures were taken at 5pm

After we tighten the periscope rod, we started the restoration of the green alignment from the beginning.
We did the following:
1. checked the beam spot at PR2 with the beam target. The beam position was horizontally off by a centimeter (-Y direction).
2. aligned one of the periscope mirrors so that the beam hits at the center of PR2
3. checked the beam spot at PR3 in a similar way. The beam positoin was horizontally off by several centimeter (+Y direction).
4. aligned the in-vac steering mirror with picomoter so that the beam hits at the center of PR3. We mainly moved it in YAW, but also a little bit in PIT.
5. checked the beam at IXA chamber. The beam was horizontally off from the center by 5cm (-Y direction).
6. aligned PR3 in YAW so that the beam observed at IXA is at the center.
7. swept PR3 randomly, and find the beam at X end, at 8:59 pm
Fortunately, the angle of PR3 where we found the beam was not so different from the angle we had found it before (a few hundred urad difference).

NOTE:
We opened the side hatches of PR3 and IXA chamber, which creates another lisk of disasters for us.
I strongly hope PR3 oplev optics do not move. I will protect them.
