Yesterday night, we left TMS-VISX as free to check one night drift.

Y axis means um (in Longitudianl, Transverse, and Vertical DoF) or urad (in Roll, Pitch, and Yaw DoF).
Note that the two large motion was made by ourselves.
At these points, we performed measurement or implimentation of damping filters.
(During night, damping filters were not engaged.)
