after we brought out the cooling bar, we continued with finishing the WAB installation:
- we slightly reset the traverser as we discovered that one of the bars were a little bit too far away from the duct
- Then, we inserted the WAB after the usual procedure carefully inside the duct until the end-stopper of the traverser was reached. We had to slightly correct the horizontal position (~1mm) of the hooked WAB to insert it with reasonable gap to the duct opening
- When lowered down, the WAB stood tall and solid on the feet immediately. We measured its balance and it looks quite good (see pictures)
- While still hooked, we set the baffle protectors on the +Y side and covered it by an Al foil
We discovered that there is a little bit more a gap between upper and lower duct-edge and the baffle than at the sides (Δ ~ 5 - 7mm)... we don't know why this happens. Maybe the duct opening is elliptical?
Anyway, the WAB is set in saving-mode and ready for the payload installation!
