DAC does not work on k1ioo1

DGS/IOO
[Nakano, Yamakoh, Enomoto, Kokeyama, Tanioka]
k1ioo1 chassis have DAC problem; cannot output anything from the DACcrying As shown in the attachement of the GDS_TP screen, there is the red indicator on the DAC section. When this, in the slave DAC monitor, it seems working, but the master's DAC monitor shows 0. I or Yamamoto(T)-san are not sure how to cure this. Rebooting/RTPC power on&off did not work. Possibily it is the DAC card problem. We decided to temprarily borrow one set of the DAC channels from k1ioo0.

Technical details
Model: k1mzm
Config: 3 DAC outs to the common mode servo for error and control signal offsets

Restarting the model, restarting the computer, restarting the computer from the power, changing the DAC card slot - all did not work.

DAC cable pins were not boroken either.

[TYamamoto, Kokeyama] Changing to a new DAC card solved the problem!

I tried to use the bad DAC on the test bench system, but it was not working well.
FIFO error occurred (the 4th bit of the DAC status turned red).
I was not able to fix it by re-starting the RT model, rebooting RTFE, or cold-booting RTFE and IO chassis.

This DAC is something wrong.
