We found that the beam jitter converted to the intensity fluctuation by the PMC. The attached figure is the spectrums and the coherence of the intensity fluctuation of the output beam from the PMC and the beam jitter of the injection light to the PMC. The beam jitter was measured by the QPD. It has a coherence with the yaw motion. We will investigate more about this problem.
