For Hirata-san and Fabian.
Today:
- They finished the magnet rearrangement, reinstalled the PI-SF rod and flying saucer, and rehung the SF/... section.
- They rerouted a cable on the BF which had been rubbing on one of the L-brackets, and reinstalled the L-bracket.
- They did a height budget (as for the SR3 on 2018-07-02 and -03). Just as with the SR3, with the F0 keystone at CAD height, the RM was 5 mm low, and a large part of this (3.5 mm for SR2 and 3 mm for SR3) was extra distance between the SF and BF.
- They chose an new keystone height of 11.5 mm (5 mm above CAD).
- The weight required for this height was 2 Promec masses (872 g) on the SF and 1046 g on the keystone.
- They reserved 800 g for cables and the yaw stepper and fixed 999 g on the SF cap.
