Hanged mirror and attached coil-actuators to mirror-protector's frame.

Then measured transfer function (T.F.) of mirror displacement by photo-senser.

Magnitude of the T.F. was ordinary level, but coils were too close to magnets.

Need to optimaize the distance between the coil and magnet.
