Today I tried to restore the type-A suspension of X-end.
However I couldn't restore it...
I think that this suspension was touched to somewhere,
because
  -- When I slapped the large flange of cryostat, the pitch and yaw signal of TM-oplev was excited.
  -- When I used the picomotore due to adjustment of yaw angle of test mass, H1~H3 of BF-LVDT DC signal was changed by picomotore operation. Usually, just change the test mass yaw angle.
  -- TM vibration is not attenuated..

Therefore we started temperature up for check the suspesion check.
Now paylaod temperature is ~220K, so maybe we can open the flange next Monday.
Tomorrow we will inject the dry air alittle bit for tempereture up.
