Akutsu, Tanioka, Shoda in Mitaka

We are now building up the test bench for TMS vibration isolation system at NAOJ Mitaka.

Previously, we have already...

- assembled the TMS VIS. The table is now freely suspended.

- calibrated the LVDT sensors and actuators.

- set up the digital system. The models are prepared.

- Almost all the cables from the clean room to the digital rack are connected.

- 3 calibrated LVDTs are mounted on the suspension as H1, H2, and H3.

Today, we connected 3 LVDT units to the digial system via feed-thorough flanges to checked their signals.
We found healty signals for H1 and H2, but not for H3. It seems that H3 channel of the LVDT driver got broken at some point.
Now, the H3 LVDT is connected to the V1 port temporarily.

We also check the poralization of the LVDT signal by rotating the suspension bench in YAW.
All raw input values increased when the suspended table is rotated in +YAW direction.

Also we found the actuation with coil driver is working properly by injecting DC signals in each port as well.

Next step would be...

- implementing the matrix values.

- measuring the transfer functions.
