Additionally, we are currently almost saturating the PZT_SLOW output path. We could fix that by pulling Capacitor C41 on (D040423, S1503961), removing the 16Hz pole. But that would increase the DAC noise reaching the drive signal. We didn't pull C41 yet, because we are hoping to instead lower the frequency noise around 100Hz.
