ETMX suspension check

[Miyamoto]

We started to vacuuming from 2018-06-08 (Fri.).
Today, we checked the typeA-suspension status.

at first we found that IP position was bad, so we adjusted this using stepping motor.
K1:VIS-ETMX_IP_DAMP_L_INMON : -5568 --> 207
K1:VIS-ETMX_IP_DAMP_T_INMON : 672 --> -139

K1:VIS-ETMX_IP_DAMP_Y_INMON : 183 --> -290

And, we attached the transfer function graph for health check of TypeA-suspension.

I think it is ok at least Tower part.

after this, we will test the cryogenic payload part.

I am also curious about the IP transfer functions. Are they healthy as well?

I forgot to measure the IP transfer function...

I attached the graph.

Accoring to this graph, IP status is good.

And also great that there are no strange peaks at ETMX even after heat links are connected!
