We proceeded calibration of LVDT coils for TMS stages just as report 5022.

1. At first we accidentially changed the gain of preamp of coil No.1, so we had to calibrate it again. 

2. Next we calibrated 2 coils, No.2 and No.3. We measured outputs at some points on the axis and a bit far from axis.

Results:

On the axis

• No.1 : 6.48(3)e3(count/mm) * x(mm) + 0.88(6)e3(count)
• No.2 : 6.85(4)e3(count/mm) * x(mm) - 1.11(9)e3(count)
• No.3 : 6.65(4)e3(count/mm) * x(mm) - 0.04(9)e2(count)

Off the axis (at x = 0 mm)

• No.2 : -32(3) (count/mm) * r(mm) - 943(5) (count), coupling ratio = 0.46%
• No.3 : -24(2) (count/mm) * r(mm) - 210(3) (count), coupling ratio = 0.37%
