At Mitaka
  12 geophone pods are being assembled in a clean room at ATC in NAOJ. Mechanical assebmbly has mostly done.
  The remaining work is;
    - check the signals (via digital system)
    - close the flanges

-a cable from geophone pod to geophone distributor is missing now. If we could get that, this work will be completed soon.
-ID numbering is not yet done.
