We completed the calibration of the BF_GAS lvdt and the SF_GAS lvdt for the SR3.

For SR3_BF (BF_No7):
- LVDT reading with the keystone at the highest position: 32767[cnt]
- LVDT reading with the keystone at the lowest position: -29965[cnt]
- Calibration factor: 1/(18190.5) [cnt/mm]=0.05497 [um/cnt]
- Offset: 5170[cnt]

For SR3_SF (SF-B2-6):
- LVDT reading with the keystone at the highest position: 32767[cnt]
- LVDT reading with the keystone at the lowest position: -28665[cnt]
- Calibration factor: 1/(11305.45) [cnt/mm]=0.08845 [um/cnt]
- Offset: 1690 [cnt]
I have now set the calibration factors and the offset into the digital system and I took a Snapshoot.
