IFO REFL RFPD -- RFPD interface(k1ioo)

Check PDs
Confirm the change of the output of PDs with/without light in RTM. Both are fine.

IQ demodulator balancing preparation
We have done equipment preparation and wiring, but since the digital system did not work well, the measurement will be done tomorrow.
