This morning, we turned on the green laser.

 

However we couldn't align the green beam path because Tcam didn't work well.

 

Afternoon, Yokozawa-san fixed Tcam, so we aligned the green beam in order to deliver to Y-end.

 

Finally, IR and Green reached the ETMY.
