Yokogawa, Sugimoto, Akutsu
We put down the fixed stage for the TMSY into the EYT chamber roughly. Will be alighned tomorrow.
- First opened the side flange in the -X direction. Fixed the O-ring to the flange with the Nitto's white tapes. Then protected the lid as well. The chamber side was also covered by Seiden-F's curtains.
- Then opened the other side flange and did in the same manner.
- Brought the fixed stage in the wooden box close to the clean booth, and put slings to hang up it. The slings were hooked from three directions. Once made it sit on two ties (covered by white sheets).
- Again hooked up the stage, and brought on the base plate in EYT. The alighnment was rough.
Before putting the stage, we measured the tilt of the base plate in EYT. In all the directions, as far as measured, the base plate under the stage is leveled within 1.0mm/1m.
By the way, the chain block easily makes my gloves black!
