Miyo, Akutsu

I've input the following calibration factors to the model

• PS1: Y: offset: -8402 (counts), gain: -1/173 (mm/counts)
• PS2: X: offset: -10317, gain: -1/234
• PS3: Z: offset: -8403, gain: -1/176

That was done at around 20:08 ~ 20:18 Mar 13 JST, so don't be surprised by the jumps of the data in K1:AOS-IYC_WAB_OUTF_*.

This translates the counts to millimeters.  The numbers are based on the fitting by Simon reported on March 7 (to me, a mail).

Note that the calibration could have meanings during they are at room temperature. In the cryogenice temperature, the effeiciency of both of the LEDs and the PDs in the photosensors would change.
