Since the MCO oplev light source was dying, it was replaced to a new one. 

New SLD SN: 228147
Old SLD SN: 203250 (returned to the rack near MCE, labeled as "dead")
Collimator SN 184921-02, LPC-04-680-4/125-P-1.1-6.2AS-50-3A-3

After the replacement, the MCO oplev was cenetered.
