We checked the temperature sensor on top of the translator stage whether or not it has a good contact with the surface. Therefore, Akutsu-san touched the sensor while it was mounted and again after unmounting it (and a third time after remounting again). The respective temperature curve is shown in the attached picture.

There is a strong increase of the temperature in the center of the graph which is due to the touching in the unmounted state. Left and right of the peak, there is each a much smaller increase of the temperature visible, which is due to the touching in the mounted state.
