Today, I add align matrix to decrease the coupling between all sensors, before simon reported that PS_S1 and PS_S2 are revesed.

• Acording to klog4249, PS_S1 is sensing Y motion, and PS_S2 is sensing X, but before today,  we have recorded wrong data.
• So, I displayed sensor matrix on WAB overview medm screen, and renewed this matrix to align all sensor. I made 5X5 matrix.

Tomorrow, We huve to restart k1dc0 to engage new model and regist to revcord DQ channels, because I did not do it.
Also must take snapshot...
