Izumi-san and Yokozawa

We moved the PD of main laser monitoring from EYA chamber to BS AS port.
The name of PD channel is "K1:PEM-BS_PDA1_DC"

But there are some "temporary"
1. BNC D-sub connector is temporary.
2. Interconnections around BS are not fixed, we will do Monday.
3. Vertical position is almost correct(380mm from optical bench),
but horizontal position is temporary.
