I added the normalization button of the IMC and the reference cavity trans and refl signal on MEDM screen.
The script is under (userapps)/imc/common/script

Usage:
First click a normalization bottun on MEDM screen, then a new window will open (see attached picture). If a cavity is locked and a guardian is paused, a OK bottun will appear. Crick it and wait about 30 sec, then (CAVITY)_TRANS_CON_FACTOR will be set as a trans signal is one when cavity is locked and (CAVITY)_REFL_CON_FACTOR will be set as a refl signal is 1 when cavity is unlocked.
It take average of each signal (TRANS/REFL signal with lock/unlock) for 5 seconds. So notice that a cavity will lost lock during normalization.

Also it adjusts threshold for checking a resonance as (trans threshold) = 1 - (trans(locked) - trans(unlocked))*0.7, (refl threshold) = refl(unlocked) + (refl(unlocked) - refl(locked))*0.3,
