We installed AOM for ISS.
The AOM (AOMO 3080-1990) was aligned using commercial AOM driver (it used for this alingment).
Because of convenience of space, the 1st order diffracted beam was refrected by a mirror(see attached picture).
At this time, the power of the incedent beam and 1st order diffracted beam are 45.7mW and 25.5mW respectively.
