To check the behavior of QPDA1,2 for IMC WFS qualitatively, we changed yaw motion of MCo at DC and 0.5 Hz and measured DC,RF yaw signals of QPDA1,2.
First attached figure is transfer function from excitation of yaw motion of MCo at 0.5 Hz to DC, RF signals of QPDA1,2.
Transfer function at 0.5 Hz can be measured other than DC signal of QPDA1 (green line).
Second attached figure is time series data of DC, RF signals of QPDA1,2 when yaw motion of MCo is exicited at 0.5 Hz.
Not only RF signal, but also DC signal is excited, which is strange for WFS signal.
We are still discussing the validity of these results and will do further investigation.
