We increased laser power from 1 mW to 40 mW to see the transmission from IMMT1,2.
To keep REFL DC power of IMC, we put a ND filter before a BS which divides reflection from IMC into DCPD and RFPD.
After we changed common gain of MC Common Mode Servo from -14 dB to 0 dB, IMC locked stably and we were able to see the transmission from IMMT1,2 using a sensor card.
