Yesterday(2017.8/10):
We measured beam profile at some points around IMMT and PR3 chamber.
The first Attached Figure shows theoritical beam radius from IMC waist and the plots of measured beam profile.
We changed settings of Beam profiler(WinCamD-LCM4 ) software(Data Ray) from 10% filter to no filter.

Then finally we got results almost consistent with theoretical curve!
Red curve shows the theoretical curve with designed lengths and mirror curvatures in no PRM case.
Blue curve also shows the theoretical curve with designed lengths and mirror curvatures.
But this includes the effect of transmission through PRM.
Green curve is the theoretical curve with designed lengths and "measured" mirror curvatures(IMMT1,IMMT2).
Blue and Green plots are beam profiling results.
However in the region after IMMT2, the error is estimated at 0.1 mm.
So it was difficult to find the beam waist of red curve in Fig. 1 accurately.
Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show how we profiled outside the cleanbooth.
