The oscillator for FSS LO and modulation might be out of order. The attached file is the plot of a LO monitor port in last one hour.
The possibilitys of broken parts are the oscillator itself or U1, U2 on TTFSS RF board(D1301826).

Today, hasegawa-kun disconnected the oscillator and changed to one which will be used for PMC control. Now it is working.
