IMMT1: Nagano-san found that FirstContact removal tapes touched suspension EQ stop and it made Transfer Function incoherent.
However, even after he fixed the problem, measured TF was not consistent with the one measured in 2016.
The magnitude was about 30dB smaller and Q factor of the 0.9Hz resonance seemed to be higher. 
We also checked coil polarity.
Next time, we will try adjusting coil position and mirror yaw.
