[Furuhata, S. Nagano, Ohishi]
We set a picomotor in the optical axis direction, set cables in vacuum chamber, replaced coil support plates.
IMMT1 mirror, Intermediate Mass and bellows for vertical vibration isolation were released.
After we adjusted mirror roll and pitch, coils were attached.
Furuhata-san prepared a photo sensor for Transfer Function measurement.
We tried TF measurement but coherence was not good.
We suspect that the reflectivity of the First Contact on mirror surface was not good.
Most of the cables around IMMT1 are connected but D-sub 9pin to 4-channel picomotor driver cables were missing.
We used a D-sub 9pin to 2-channel picomotor drive cable and tested 2 channels of picomotor using hand pad.
