[Kokeyama, Nakano, Nagano]

Today we reinstalled optics on IMC REFL table.
This is because the hight of the mirrors and lenses were different from that of the RF PD (or RF QPD), i.e. 4 inchs.
After we changed the hight of the optics, we aligned them and we could lock IMC without any problems.
(During the alignment, we found that IMC REFL camera did not work. Thus Kokeyama-san restarted the camera and it works now properly.)

By the way, we also changed lens positions on WFS pass in this reinstallation.
This leads to changing the beam profile on WFS pass.
Therefore, we should measure the beam profile again for IMC WFS.
