After adjusted the magnet fixure jig, we started test gluing of magnets on dummy mass prepared by MIR. 
While each z-stage, which holds a magnet, was going down to the mirror surface, 2 out of 4 z-stages were jammed.
When I pushed  from the top, one stage moved but the other one didn't. 
After we have disassembled and re-assembled the stage attachments, it moved smoothly.
Then all 4 magnets reached the dummy mirror surface.

However, because I have moved a z-stage during disassembleing and reasemmbling,
I need to adjust its position before gluing to the real mirror.
