Finally!! All the wire breakers are glued on PR2 mirror!!!!
This is due to the mirror box or/and Takahashi-san's magic. Thank you, Takahashi-san! Muah!
Now, the mirror was hanged from the IM.
Also we are ready to insert the RM to remove the mirror box.
* Wire breaker's status *
The 1st wire breaker is glued. It does not detached even if we touched.
However, we noticed the position of the 1st wire breaker is a bit shifted to the AR side by about 0.8 mm than the 2nd wire breaker.
I judged that it should not be a problem, since we can adjust the mirror orientation by wire tensions and IM. Therefore, we continued the hanging.
* Mirror hanging *
We have set the base on the mirror box, and put it on the trolly.
We surrounded the wires around the mirror below the IM. The 200 um piano wires are clamped the winch to hang the mirror.
After putting the tensions on the wires to be close to be hanged.
Then, we have set the standing ruler and two laser markers. One of the markers is set outside the clean booth.
By measuring the distance from the wire clamps on the IM, we have set the laser markers line as target position, and lifted the mirror to the desired height.
Note that the mirror box was a bit shifted (by turning the pushing screw by 3.5 times).
The wire clamps with grooves are also set before the tilt alignment.
Now, the returning beam of the Oplev is about 6 mm higher than the horizontal injection beam. It means that the mirror is facing down by 3/100 as designed.
After 30 mins, we checked the tilt and the height of the mirror was not drifted, and clamped the wires. Now the winch drums are loose.
* RM hanging preparation *
We have set the RM trolly base and adjusted the position and rotation of RM so that we can hang swap the mirror box and RM tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow, we will hang the RM, and assembled the EQ stop on the TM stage if possible.
