Today laser output power from PSL room was reduced to 2mW (from 500mW).

At MC REFL port, we made following changes to increase the REFL PD signal for IMC lock.

• ND filter(T=5%) before MC REFL PD was removed
• pick off mirror(R=1%?) for the PD was replaced to HR mirror

Now we have enough error signal for locking. We will be able to lock IMC again tomorrow.
