We partialy applied FC on the PR3 mirror surface and removed some residues and foot print of tag. Procedure is as below. After first trial(Aplly 2 layers, wait 2h30min), we still could see foot print of tag. So I talked with Miyoki-san and Aso-san, and followed Aso-san's procedure. last try, we found some edges, of FC on HR side. Tomorrow morning we will try to remove it.

1. Applied FC at small area (just 1 layer)
2. Put tag on the FC, and apply small amount of FC on the tag (tag size should be larger than FC area)
3. After 15min, pill off

Someitmes we found some dots of residues at edge of FC. So we should try again and again.

This morning, I try to remove residues on PR3 mirror.

• Firstly, I took picture by Nikon camera with trypod. I can see small dusts around center residue. I'm not sure they are came from chamber top closing work or not.
• I partialy apply FC on the residues. Those were removed, but unfortunately edge of FC was remain again.

I talked with Aso-san, and decided apply FC whole surface tomorrow.

We apply FC to PR3 again.

• Drying time: 4h(center part), 2.5h(tag part)
• Applyed 2layers. After appling first layer, we waited 15min. And applied 2nd layer.
• AR side: We can see tag footprint(about 700mm away from the center) and some small dots.
• HR side: We can see upper edge(about 800mm away from the center) and small dots near the center.

We partially applied FC on PR3 HR side upper edge part. 15 min later, we pilled off FC. The target edge shape residues were successfully removed. We can see new two small dots, but they are far from the center.
