I wound a wire on a coil for an actuator in 4 layers.
Wire size was 32 AWG.
This coil was designed to turn 182 times per layer, but it was less than 182 times.
The direction of winding is opposite to the design because of winding machine problem.
It became difficult to distinguish the wire from the lower layer in the second and subsequent layers.
I put a Kapton tape to distinguish different layers.
I am not used to winding and it took long time...

I measured the coil properties at 120kHz. The results are shown as below.
