An RFPD we planned to use for locking RefCav got broken. For now the reason is unknown.
Suspicious things are:
- Power supply related things. It had been reported that RFPDs got broken due to half supplying. However, this time I was very careful not to cause half supplying when re-connecting the power cable for an RFPD interface.
- Inject too much power in the RFPD. Power of the light was ~ 10 mW so we think this is unlikely.

Thanks to the very kind help by Shimode-san, Kamiizumi-san, Doi-san, Tomura-san, and Miyakawa-san, we got another RFPD which they already done necessary modification (removing a capacitor) to use for RefCav from tomorrow.
