Type 3 (white cable; 1.5m, M-F)   : 4 in use (8 expected); +1 in clean booth; total 5
Type 4 (capton cable; 1m, M-F)     : 2 in use (2 expected)
Type 5 (for micro D-sub; 2m, M-F):10 in use (10 expected)

*Type1:  4 TM cables are connected.
*Type 2: 4 cables for traversers, each one cable for Intermediate Mass picomotor (IM pico),
Standard Filter Fishing Rod(SF FR), and Bottom Filter Fishing Rod(BF FR) are connected.
Bottom Filter Picomotors(BF pico) is still not connected.

3) Rack installed
A rack for electric circuits like stepping motor driver, picomotor driver, and satellite boxes,
that are set inside the clean booth was installed.
