[Sekiguchi, Hirayama, Ohishi]

May 10th report:

1) Sekiguchi-san and Hirayama-san counted the number of cables used for PR3.

Type 1 (white cable; 2m, F-F)        :14 in use (18 expected); +4 in clean booth; total 18
Type 2 (capton cable; 2m, F-F)      :  5 in use (8 expected); +8 in clean booth; total 13
Type 3 (white cable; 1.5m, M-F)     : 4 in use (8 expected)
Type 4 (capton cable; 1m, M-F)     :  2 in use (2 expected)
Type 5 (for micro D-sub; 2m, M-F) :10 in use (10 expected)

Some cables are still not connected; for example, 4 TMs, and BF FR.

2) Set the Standard Filter on top of the PR3

3) SF GAS calibration without load

Measured the height of the key stone and read the ADC count. 
Changed the height of key stone by turning screws.
It seemed that 360 degree screw rotation corresponds to 1mm key stone height.
LVDT modulation signal was 10kHz 7Vpp.
ADC count was almost 0 at 67.1mm key stone height and the slope was 2,969counts/mm.
