Cooler Installation

A 14kW cooler was installed just infront of a door on the sound proof house. The other door was closed.

The temperature inside became 28-29 C degrees to 21. This cooler mainly absorbs the air from inside the room to recycle it, but only 5 m^3/min air was taken from outside to keep O2 inside.

The door opening angle in the pre-room was changed from to about 30 degrees to 5 degrees (space is about 5cm) to keep a pressure inside a little bit higher than outside.

Here is the humidity (top) and temperature (bottom) plot. Miyoki-san once changed the control threshold to have less temperature variation, however it added more humidity variation. I wonder if this is OK for temperature control of laser source.

This humidity fluctuation is because of the injection of the fresh but humid air from ouside during the cooling resume. 60% is not harmful, however 30% might be too small.
