F3 GAS LVDT calibration with the digital system

• Sensor efficiency:  (-1633.1 +/- 55.9) cnt/mm (see attached figure)

Other report:

• We connected BF & F3 GAS LVDT to the digital system
• But the keystone of the BF seems not to work even the DP doesn't touch to anywhere
  • We checked DP's non-contact with a fiber camera
• We'll confirm the situation by pulling the DP stage up to the ground level
