Bottom Filter assembling
-
The Bottom Filter (BF) is carried into the clean booth and assembled (not completed)
-
New wire receptacle cannot accept the new maraging wire with thicker neck
- This bad guy was suppose to be at the keystone of the BF
- The maraging wire cannot go through the gap of the narrow part of the hole
-
We need additional machining on the narrow part of the hole to make it wide
- To be honest, it's difficult to explain it here with my tired brain
- Please ask us if you want to know the details
- On the other hand, a new receptacle on the cap of the BF is replaced successfully
- We engraved S/Ns on the clamp bases of the side of the BF from 1 to 14
- We attached the attachment ring of the BF damper on the BF
-
New wire receptacle cannot accept the new maraging wire with thicker neck
- We measured weight of assembly of the BF: 105.7 kg
-
We checked that we have most of stuffs to cable the coils of the BF damper and release sensors
- We still need some stuff such as heat-shrinkable tubes, nippers and tweezers
