Monster jellyfish appeared!!

[Takahashi, Ishizaki, Okutomi]

We prepared a transparent umbrella on the neck of the crane for Type-A installation.
This monster jellyfish is not an invader. On the contrary, he protects our Type-A from dust attacks.
Surprisingly, he has solid bones made of stainless which have tentacles of chain blocks.
We let him wiped and raised to the ceiling. He looks laughing to us.
We hope he watches over our installation work.

The jellyfish's detail >>> JGW-D1605462

Other works we did:

  • Washing palettes and a hand lifter => They'll be wrapped with plastic sheet when use in the clean booth
  • Air-blowing system got ready
  • Pre-assembly of parts of the Bottom Filter damper => Not finished

...well, looks delicious; you could find his friends swimming in the nearby Japan Sea.

By the way, according to the drawing you linked, the umbrella is made of polycarbonate. It could protect its payload from the oil drops along the crane hook and/or chain parts, but I think "usual" polycarbonate would collect dusts by static electrical charging. For example, see here. So if it is made of just a polycarbonate (without special cares), please be careful about dusts, if required. (Miyoki-san could have knowledge about this material in the cleanbooth...) It might be a good idea to use it with a particle counter.
