We did beam profiling after IMC, especially around IMMT.

Beam radius was measured by beam profiler, Axiom Optics Cincam CMOS 1201.

This profiler was put on table or in vacuum chambers as shown in the attached picture.

Distance from IMMT1 and IMMT2 was measured by a ruler.

The attached graph shows theoretical and real beam diameter on the distance from beam waist of IMC.

We used the designed value as distance between IMC and IMMT1.

Measured values after IMMT2 were different from theoretical curve.

It is probably because the sensor active area of beam profiler is 6.7mm * 5.3mm, which is smaller than beam diameter.

Measurement after IMMT2 is not reliable.
