We prepared the parts and screws for the TM hanging, RM hanging, and IM/IRM hanging except for the newly ordered parts.
We checked the screws and found enough numbers for PR3, but not sure for the other payloads.
Also, we found some inconsistency between the documents and what we used during iKAGRA, which were not noticed.
We should check what we really need, and update the screw/parts inventory.
Also, we checked the IM cable clamps and found the scruches made by the suspension wires both on the base and the plates.
The clamp parts should be replaced with new ones, and the new designed clamp parts with disposable plates should be ordered.
And we put some parts necessary for PR2 at the entrance of the BS clean area.
