Mirror status check
The spare mirror arrived this morning. We opened the mirror box and checked the status of the mirror.
The mirror seems to be OK. I think we can use the same delivery company again for other mirrors.
However, since we opened the mirror box too soon after we brought it into the mine, dew is condensed on the mirror. (Pic1)
Therfore, we leave the mirror box without the outer silinder and lid with sandwitched with KOACH filters for about 8 hours in order to remove the dew.
We closed the mirror box just before we left the mine.
Searching for the gluing jigs
Okutomi-kun and Enzo searched for the gluing jigs at MC area, and Shoda searched at BS clean booth.
But we could not find the ones yet.
Hanging frame alignment
We set the hanging frame and the optical table at the center of the assembly frame.
Also, we put some tapes at the leg of the optical table so that we can find the initial position for the optical table.
The beams for the BF EQ stop ring are temporaly removed.
One of the beams is set aside, and the other is removed from the frame and now is sitting on the 2nd floor.
We removed them since they seems to make the IM setting difficult and to reduce the accesibility for the winch work.
The tapes are set on the frame so that we can find the initial position.
IM setting
We removed the old ballast masses on the IM and put the new bottom ballast masses.
And the IM is now sitting on the EQ stop ring. Note that the position of the IM is not aligned yet.
The ballast masses for PR3 IM at iKAGRA was 4.9 kg.
And we are planning to use the new spider cable clamp, which we could not use for iKAGRA because of missing parts. It will gain ~0.2 kg
Therefore, we will have to put 4.7 kg on PR3 IM for bKAGRA.
Now we have 2.5 kg for the bottom ballast masses.
We will put 2.2 kg on the top of the IM later.
