We released the BF (fig1 and 2) and requested the ALIGNED state to guardian.
Then, ITMX goes successfully to ALIGNED state.

After that, we aligned the ITMX by using OPTICALIGN with respect to the OpLev QPD and opened the GRX.
Then, soon we found the green beam at GRxREFL PD DC (see fig3).

So, alignment seems OK, at least for OpLev work.
