According to Takahashi-san, the drift of the IP on the EX reported in Klog17533 was caused by changing the corrugated tube jig on klog17506, so I fixed the drift using the fishing rod. Additionally, according to Ushiba-san, the payload was hitting the EQ stop because of the drift of the IP. (I'll have to remember to offload properly in the future..)

After that, I used Guardian to request ALIGNED, but the Yaw of Payload was also drifted, so I fixed it with BF's pico motor. I moved it to about -4000 counts. Now the OpLev beam is center of QPD.

By the way, there was a bug that DC control of OpLev in MN's PIT did not work in Guardian, so I fixed it. After that, ETMX can be aligned by using guardian.
